In 1980, when the "Prime Rate" hit 20%, my team and I knew it was time to do what we do best; serve people with money-saving ideas and point out options that are in their best interests. It is our mission to treat each customer like family, and our hope is to gain a customer for life.”

Our Story
Western Heritage Financial is headquartered in El Dorado Hills, California, specializing in both home purchases and refinances. Our goal is to help those who might find themselves otherwise unable to get approved for a loan. Starting out in the Bay Area in 1980, we have weathered the many ups and downs of the financial markets over the past forty-plus years. Starting out when rates were at 18%, we have the fortitude to press through these tough markets. Our company has been listed by Goldline Research as one of California’s Top 10 most dependable mortgage companies, as well as earning the status of “Top 1%” with two of the country’s largest wholesale investors. Western Heritage Financial takes pride in its excellent reputation and association with many outstanding and reputable organizations but values the customer first and foremost.
